Your needs can be fulfilled in resourceful ways that level up your life or unresourceful ways that spiral you out of control. You’ll uncover your TOP 2 needs and how you can meet them in a way that creates clear the path to living the life you’ve always wanted.  

Food & Mood

The food you eat affects your body AND the chemicals in your brain. If you don’t listen to what your body needs, certain foods can be detrimental to your wellbeing, affecting your physical and emotional health, and your relationships with others. This week, you’ll uncover how food affects your mood! You'll be shocked once you log your findings in your mood response journal!

The "No" Challenge

Do you always say yes when you really want to say no? This one is for the people pleasers of the world! Your challenge this week teaches you to set boundaries saying no to requests that are made of you that don’t feel in alignment. You’ll feel what freedom is like by only accepting invites to activities you actually want to participate in. Uncover the power of learning to say NO!

Have you ever thought about how much our patterns rule our lives? One tiny shift in a pattern can create massive shifts in our lives...and quickly. Changing your mindset isn’t as simple as going to yoga class once a week, or reciting your favorite positive affirmation anytime your boss casually “forgets” who actually compiled that report. 

It’s more than equipping yourself with advanced-level self-defense skills. You can be a 4th degree black belt, but unless you know how to overcome your own fear response, your self-defense training will be useless. How do I know this? During my attack, my friend, who was a 4th degree black belt couldn't help me because he froze in fear! I'll teach you to overcome that, so you will be laser focused and ready to take action!!!

I have 2 different second degree black belts, yet I still chose to marry two verbally and physically abusive men. I knew exactly HOW to get them off of me, but I let them physically hurt me.
